Aaron, Founder of Majestic Stone, oversees BFE, the holding company for the Bancroft family’s diverse businesses.
With a degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan, he is an AIA-certified instructor and brings an innovative approach to drive excellence across all ventures.

General Manager
With over 25 years in construction and a strong hospitality background, Maria combines technical prowess with superior customer service in every project. Renowned for her attention to detail and innovative spirit, she seamlessly incorporates cutting-edge trends and technologies into construction while prioritizing an exceptional client experience. Her dual expertise ensures a comprehensive approach, balancing technical precision with client needs.

Jeff Hager
Project Manager
Jeff, with 20 years of experience collaborating with Aaron, brings robust leadership and problem-solving skills to manage projects from inception to completion.
He prioritizes clear communication and transparency, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and team alignment. Jeff is inspired by the industry’s creativity and finds fulfillment in transforming ideas into tangible results. His greatest reward lies in devising practical solutions to realize distinctive design concepts.
Herminio Hernandez
Project Manager
Herminio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University and brings 20 years of leadership experience in logistics and production, having built and managed teams in the Mailing, Food and Beverage, Cold Storage, Distribution, and General Warehousing industries. Though new to the countertop and construction sector, he thrives in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of production operations.
In his spare time, when scheduling permits, Herminio enjoys coaching Softball, Baseball and Basketball.
Matthew Fergeson
Project Engineer
Matthew, a Project Engineer with a General Science associate degree from Kingwood Lonestar College, brings purpose and a fresh outlook to his role. Driven to learn and contribute, he’s committed to expanding his expertise while enhancing the communities served by Majestic Stone.
Inspired to make a lasting impact, Matthew joined the industry to help build the places people call home. His adaptability, quick learning, and ability to connect diverse perspectives invigorate the team. He takes pride in hard work and the joy that completed projects bring to others.
Beyond work, Matthew’s community service through the Honor Society reflects his belief in volunteering and teamwork as vital to strengthening communities.

With over a decade of administrative experience, Brittany ensures seamless office operations. Beyond managing daily tasks, she handles accounting and provides team support as needed. A University of Texas at Austin alum, she thrives on keeping things organized and on track behind the scenes.
