Chairman
Steve Bancroft brings a lifetime of leadership, service, and community involvement to the Majestic Stone family of businesses. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master of Divinity from Virginia Theological Seminary, Steve built a distinguished career in the Episcopal Church before transitioning to business leadership. As Chairman, Steve brings decades of experience, wisdom, and leadership to Majestic Stone, helping support the company's continued growth while remaining grounded in the values of integrity, service, and lasting relationships.
Aaron Bancroft
CEO & Founder
As the Founder and CEO of Majestic Stone, Aaron Bancroft brings a passion for craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional design to every project. With a degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan and experience as an AIA-certified instructor, Aaron combines technical knowledge with a creative vision for transforming spaces. From residential transformations to large-scale commercial projects, Aaron is dedicated to helping clients bring their vision to life with quality, precision, and lasting beauty.

Project Manager
Bryn brings over 35 years of commercial construction experience to Majestic Stone. His background includes project management and general management in the South African construction industry, as well as three and a half years in millwork before joining the Majestic Stone team. His extensive experience gives him a strong understanding of commercial projects, quality craftsmanship, and finished architectural spaces.

George brings more than 20 years of diverse professional experience to the Majestic Stone team. With a broad background spanning operations, human resources, procurement, supply chain, and finance, he has developed a strong foundation in managing complex projects. George has spent the past seven years in the construction industry, including five years specializing in millwork and two years in construction.
